Our goal at Schultz Outfitters is to help you with the lifelong journey of learning to be a better angler. Whether you’re a complete novice who needs to learn the fundamentals or an experienced angler who wants to work on a problem area or learn a new skill or technique, we can help. We offer casting instruction from FFI (Fly Fishers International) Certified Instructors, as well as fly tying classes aimed at all skill levels.
Our fly-casting instruction runs the full spectrum – from beginner’s classes to advanced skills classes and clinics. For beginners, our half-day “Get Started” classes are a perfect way to gain a solid skill set that will help you quickly gain the confidence to get out on the water and deliver the fly effectively. Classes are available for 1-4 students with a single instructor. If you have a larger group, please reach out and we will make arrangements to accommodate groups or any size. We offer lessons for more experienced anglers who want to work on a problem in their casting stroke, improve distance and accuracy, or gain skills in specific angling situations.
