How do I know my order was processed?
After you have checked out and your payment has successfully processed, you will receive an email from us confirming your order details. Once we pick, pack and ship your items, you will receive an email that your item(s) have shipped.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday-Friday usually ship within 1 business day.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
It depends...if you quickly catch that you entered the wrong address, you need to contact us immediately. Unfortunately, if the order has already shipped, we cannot make any modifications to the address.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
We charge a $5 flat rate for economy shipping for all orders under $50. All orders OVER $50 get FREE economy shipping! If you need expedited shipping, we have options available for an additional charge.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. But additional shipping rates will be charged.
Where does my order ship from and when will I get it?
Most orders will ship from our store in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Most packages that are shipped via ground shipping should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location in the lower 48 states.
What is your return policy?
All purchases are returnable within 30 DAYS. Product must be new, unused, in the original packaging and have the tags. Unless we made a mistake, customers must cover the cost of the return shipping.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item. You will have to send the item back to us via a return/exchange. Once we receive the item, we will ship out the new one. For faster service, we recommend ordering your new item and then returning the one you wish to exchange. Once we get it in hand, we'll issue a refund.

Do you only sell fly fishing equipment or do you also sell conventional fishing equipment?
We do offer both fly fishing and conventional gear. But we only sell our conventional gear in our retail store in Ypsilanti, Mi. Call the shop at 734-544-1761 or send us an email at team@schultzoutfitters.com, our staff will be more than happy to discuss what we have to offer!
Do you sell lures and baits?
We do have a vast offering of artificial baits, lures and conventional tackle in our retail store in Ypsilanti, Mi. But we don't have them in the online store. And no, we do not sell live bait. Call the shop at 734-544-1761 or stop by!
