Will Schultz Outfitters "Price Match" an item from another shop?
Yes! We will be more than happy to price match an item from another shop or company in most cases. Please provide a photo or a link to where you'd like to price match and we will take a look. Schultz Outfitters reserves the right to refuse any price match scenario.
How do I know my order was processed?
After you have checked out and your payment has successfully processed, you will receive an email from us confirming your order details. Once we pick, pack and ship your items, you will receive an email that your item(s) have shipped.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday-Friday usually ship within 1 business day.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
It depends...if you quickly catch that you entered the wrong address, you need to contact us immediately. Unfortunately, if the order has already shipped, we cannot make any modifications to the address.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
We charge a $5 flat rate for economy shipping for all orders under $50. MOST orders OVER $50 get FREE economy shipping! Conventional Rods will be charged a flat rate of $75 for standard shipping. If you need expedited shipping, we have options available for an additional charge as well!

Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. But additional shipping rates will be charged.
Where does my order ship from and when will I get it?
Most orders will ship from our store in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Most packages that are shipped via ground shipping should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location in the lower 48 states.
What is your return policy?
All purchases are returnable within 30 DAYS. Product must be new, unused, in the original packaging and have the tags. Unless we made a mistake, customers must cover the cost of the return shipping.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item. You will have to send the item back to us via a return/exchange. Once we receive the item, we will ship out the new one. For faster service, we recommend ordering your new item and then returning the one you wish to exchange. Once we get it in hand, we'll issue a refund.

Do you sell lures and baits?
We do have a vast offering of artificial baits, lures and conventional tackle in our retail store in Ypsilanti, MI. And no, we do not sell live bait. We do not sell live bait... WE DO NOT SELL LIVE BAIT. Call the shop at 734-544-1761 or stop by with any questions!
