Egan's Headstand is a purpose-built carp fly designed for precise sight-fishing scenarios. Engineered with just enough weight to sink slowly, it inverts cleanly while remaining light enough to present close to feeding carp without spooking them.

Built on a strong, size 8 TMC 2457 hook and paired with bead chain eyes, the fly consistently rides hook-point up. This orientation matches the shape of a carp’s mouth and helps prevent fouling with moss, debris, or bottom structure in lakes and rivers.
